Due to our high elevation and distance from city lights, star gazing and astronomy are excellent activities to enjoy here. During clear nights we can bring out our telescope to view the moon, planets, and constellations in the sky. Using the telescope and enjoying astronomy is a wonderful way to expand our vision of our universe.
Our telescope can also be used during day time at the view of the lake. With the telescope we can see great detail of all the towns around the lake.
